SAS suite of BI products delivers full Business Intelligence to your organisation. Up to date reports can be distributed to all subscribers using standard business tools such as web browsers and MS Office products.
Business Intelligence is provided through two technology packages.
SAS BI Server provides:
- Single version of the truth. Capability of combining disparate data sources from different areas of the organisation to integrate them for easy reporting.
- Security and Management. Single point of entry for user management, report security and solution monitoring.
- Query and Reporting. Ability to create reports with the latest information and publish them to different channels or groups of users.
- Graphical Capabilities. High visual standards used to present executive dashboards, KPI indicators, charts, integrated traffic lighting, geographical sales maps, etc…
- Software Integration. Minimal disruption to business or staff training. SAS uses web browsers and Microsoft Office tools to deliver reports and data. Analysts and report consumers continue using their same office tools.
SAS Enterprise BI Server provides:
- Corporate Dashboard / Business Portal. This is manifested as a single web entry point. Common entry to the Intranet to access reports or company documents. Includes personalised customisation of information displayed.
- Explorative Data Analysis. Summarise high volumes of data and drill down to detail using multiple angles (OLAP technology).
