Service Levels

Service Level Agreements are a yearly contractual agreement between Amadeus and our customers. 

The table below illustrates the differing levels of our Maintenance Service. Customised levels can be arranged.

  • All prices are subject to travelling and subsistence expenses where applicable and VAT
  • All work can be subject to change control agreements and full estimation and signoff procedures included
  • All work is charged by the hour and full reporting of all work carried out is completed and agreed
  • Invoicing is carried out monthly
