A Business Intelligence Competency Centre (BICC) combines the efforts of different parts of the business into a single body serving the organisation's Business Intelligence needs. Used to facilitate and improve information flow between functional groups and departments, the BICC considers good quality information to be vital to all parts of the organisation, and seeks to improve the quality, dissemination and use of information throughout.
